Privacy

Your details are for your project, nothing else.

A short, plain-language note on what happens to the information you send us. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to share them — your phone number, business name, current website and a short note about what you need. That is all. We do not ask for card details through this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a preview of your site, quote a plan, and keep a record of the work we agreed to do. Nothing is used for anything else, and we never sell or rent your details.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored in a private database that only Dayzo staff can read. Files and previews are kept in the same private storage. Access is limited to the people working on your project.

Email and messages

We write to the address you give us about your enquiry and your project. If you ask us to stop, we stop — write to us using the contact page and the record is removed.

Cookies and analytics

We measure visits with Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to see which pages and plans people look at. There are no session recordings, sign-in pages are not measured, and your name, email, phone number and message are never sent to these tools. They use cookies or local storage, which you can clear or block in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Send the request through the contact page and we will act on it within seven working days.
